Community Dialogue Project

I am a New Jersey native and I studied Microbiology then Cell&Molecular Biology in community college and undergrad institutions. I am a man of many interests, a jack of all trades, from fishing to volleyball to motorsports.

Why is dialogue important to all?
I am of the opinion that individuals and groups in today's world are too polarized and stuck in conflict. I come from a POC-first generation background and have battled with a lot of adversity from varying groups throughout my life. I think it is easy to see that when dialogue is had and understanding is reached then those small shifts drive huge changes.
