Biography

Hello! I am a first year Masters student in the school of Public Health and I am passionate about reproductive justice and birth equity.

Why is it so difficult to have productive dialogue across differences?
True dialogue is difficult to achieve because it demands more than debate or conversation. It requires vulnerability, humility, and a willingness to question our own assumptions. Our differences are often tied to our identity, values, and lived experience, feeling so personal that we become defensive when we feel attacked. Genuine dialogue asks us to enter a space where we embrace discomfort, accept the possibility of being wrong, and extend grace to reach understanding.
